Official Manufacturer Warranty

All mobile phones sold by Leopard Mobile come with official manufacturer warranty through authorized service centers in Sri Lanka.

Mobile Phones — 1 Year
Smart Watches — 1 Year
Earbuds/Headphones — 6 Months
Accessories — 3-6 Months

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware malfunctions under normal use
  • Battery defects (if capacity drops below 80% within warranty)
  • Software issues related to firmware

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, water damage)
  • Unauthorized modifications or rooting
  • Damage from third-party accessories
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading)
  • Devices without valid purchase proof

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Product must be in original condition with all accessories
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Screen protectors and cases are non-returnable once opened
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
